HSA Classic Rack
Construction:
Classic Racks are built from 3/4" thick lumber and veneer core red oak
plywood for high dimensional integrity, consistency and strength. Front, back and top
edges are faced with gently edge-rounded red oak solids for extra beauty and strength
where it's needed most.
Finish:
A variety of colors and finishes are available. New
waterborne stains, sealers and finish coats produce a beautiful grain pattern and depth of
color. They maintain the natural feel of the wood yet offer some of the best protection
from abrasion and spills and stay looking great with minimal upkeep.
Rack:
The Classic is available in 12, 16 and 24 rack-space versions and is extra deep
and designed to accept deep-chassis power amplifiers and signal processors. The Classic 12
Space Desktop will accommodate most processing gear and its small footprint helps when
space is at a premium. Rails are 12 gauge steel with extra half-rack tapped screw holes to
allow for a wide variety of vertical equipment spacing. A full 2" clearance is given
between the rack rail and rack front, and the rack body opening is 19.5" with the
rails stood-off for fine adjustment if needed. All Classic models are fitted with
heavy-duty, low-profile rubber feet. A 3" high kick-riser is available as an option.
All models feature a removable oak rear cover panel which includes a 1.5" x 12"
cable cut-out. The panel is easily modified to accept cooling fans, etc.
